
This Account Manager position offers the opportunity for a detail-oriented team player to grow their knowledge of business management and advance their career on the financial side of an ever-evolving and exciting industry. The job duties include, but are not limited to:
Effective and appropriate communication with client, client reps, and client employees
Aid in team training and workflow organization and goal achievement, monitor productivity and growth against benchmarks
Accounts Payable/Receivable review and approval
Prepare budgets with cash projections, financial reports and supplemental schedules
Tour merchandise and Hard ticket settlement tracker review, analysis, and reconciliation
Completion of Individual & Corporate tax projections
Assist with all day-to-day legwork involved with client real estate transactions, renovation projects, auto and other large purchases
Insurance renewal prep, maintenance, and analysis
Royalty Statement analysis
Review and analysis of investment accounts
Annual tax packet preparation
Annual review and oversite of client estate planning
Qualifications we look for include:
Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a bookkeeper or relevant role in an Entertainment Business Management Firm
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel and Adobe PDF
Excels in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using Datafaction or Zenith Accounting Software is a plus.
