Her background in artist development, royalties, and licensing has shaped her to understand both the music and the business aspects of the industry. She gained this knowledge through her experiences at Sony Music Entertainment, Sony Music Publishing, BMG Rights Management, and entrepreneurial endeavors. 

Thalia’s love for music and passion for creatives is what drives her work ethic. She is very involved in the music community and has been part of empowering creatives to lead successful professional careers. Now that she is on the team, it brings her joy to serve KBFM clients with the same passion.
